Coaching for Results
At Opal Training, we not only believe in Blanchard and Johnson's statement but work at putting it into practice. The results can sometimes be staggering as "ordinary" employees develop, over time, into top performers.

Coaching is a structured process, not a series of random conversations about performance. Therefore, the aim is to create a plan and establish measurable criteria to monitor the process in a way that improvements can be seen and evaluated, by both the coach and the individual concerned.
A coach is primarily concerned with improving performance through understanding, directing and motivating an individual. To do this the coach must seek to discover each individual's strengths and weaknesses then advise, assist and help the person reach the desired results.
All Opal coaches have several years' experience in the range of coaching scenarios from executive coaching to specifically defined performance improvement issues.
