Psychometric Assessment
Psychometric questionnaires cover a large range of uses and can be profitably used in recruitment, coaching, team building, promotions, management development, performance management and training needs analysis. Different questionnaires are suitable for different situations and, as an example, a promotion into a senior management role will require a different questionnaire than one used for recruiting team leaders.
We provide administration, scoring, interpretation of results and direct feedback for personality questionnaires either as part of a training course or as a stand-alone assessment (e.g. for recruitment).
